We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! All our macrame items are 100% handmade on Vancouver Island using high-quality materials.
What are your materials made of
We use premium cotton cords, often recycled or eco-friendly, as well as wooden dowels, metal rings, and other natural elements depending on the design.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
We are currently not shipping outside of Canada.
